Remember Your Creator | Ecclesiastes 11:1 - 12:8 ESV

When we are young, we generally do not think about our mortality. Our lives are filled with energy and opportunity, and the possibilities of life seem endless. However, as we age, we become aware that life won’t last as long as we once thought it would. We are confronted with our own limitations and the death of our friends and families. We begin to understand that our lives are like a vapor that appears for a very short time. Today’s passage calls all people, and especially young people, to remember their Creator as they go about living the one short life that’s quickly passing by.
