Making the Most of the Time | Ephesians 5:15-21 (ESV)

At more than 85 years, Hong Kong has the highest life expectancy in the world. Because the average person in our city will live many years, many assume that much time is promised for them in the future. Yet from the Bible’s perspective, there are no guarantees. We have no idea of how long we will actually live. As James says, our lives are like a vapor that appears for a short time and then vanishes. If we want our lives to count for God’s kingdom, we must stop wasting our time and resolve to make the most of the limited time that God has given us.
