As Christians, we should not be surprised when we suffer for our faith. In fact, we should be surprised that we don’t! God allows us to suffer for our faith as a way to test the genuineness of our faith and to make us more holy. What should be our response when we suffer as a Christian? We should entrust our souls to a faithful Creator while doing good, knowing that he will safely bring us to our heavenly home where we will rejoice and be glad forevermore.
