Spiritual Direction is not counseling, therapy, or advice giving, but an intentional process in which through the help and companionship of another we seek to understand the work, the call, guidance and presence of Christ in our everyday ordinary experience. It's an intentional process of listening and discernment so that 'Christ is formed in us.' by our free cooperation with the Spirit.
