Your marriage and ECC

At ECC we offer Prepare and Enrich, a program based on a set of five inventories that a couple may experience. The five inventories are:

• Prepare - pre-marital couples

• Prepare MC - premarital couples with children

• Prepare CC - cohabiting Couples with or without children

• Enrich - married couples with or without children

• Mate - couples over the age of 50

Who can take these inventories?

If you are getting married, or married consider taking the inventory.

Why should I do this?

If you are getting married, Prepare, is a great tool to highlight couples strengths and growth areas. It can be helpful in providing a safe place and a platform to discuss topics as they prepare for marriage. We highly recommend it.

What are the goals of Prepare and Enrich?

The six goals are:

1. To explore Relationship Strengths and Growth areas
2. To learn Assertiveness and Active Listening
3. To learn how to resolve conflict using the Ten Step Model
4. To help the couple discuss their Family-of-Origin
5. To help the couple with financial planning and budgeting
6. To focus on personal, couple and family goals

How many sessions with this take?

Usually it will be around 4-5 sessions.

What topics are addressed by the assessment?

Communication, Conflict Resolution, Personality Issues, Financial Management, Sexual Expectations, Marital Satisfaction, Leisure Activities, Children and Parenting, Family and Friends, Expectations/Cohabitation Issues, Idealistic Distortion, Role Relationship and Spiritual Beliefs

What is the cost?

The cost of processing the assessment tool is $300.00HKD.

Simply contact Michele to arrange a time to fill out the inventory, we will send it away to be processed, and then arrange an appropriate time where we can meet up again.
