The Book of Daniel

February 24th – May 19th, 2010

Beth Moore ' s video and study guide on the book of Daniel will help us look at the prophet Daniel and how he dealt with unbelievable pressure to compromise his faith in a hostile culture surrounded by temptations and threats. This is a valuable study because as believers in today ' s time, we face similar trials.

It is a 12 session study that is divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 covers chapters 1 to 6 where we are to focus on how Daniel models how to develop enduring integrity in an enticing world.

Part 2 covers chapters 7 to 12 where we learn more about the thrilling prophecies from the time of Daniel through the second coming of Christ.

Friday Mornings Bible Study

We will also be starting a new bible study program facilitated by Judith Leibowitz on:

Fridays at 10.00-11.30am, beginning September 11th.

We will study Paul's letter to the Romans. In this book Paul fully explains the Gospel of Jesus Christ
and deals with many weighty issues such as sin, God's wrath, justification, law, grace, etc.
Romans is the essence of the doctrine of salvation!
