Every Sunday we will give our kids an opportunity to engage in a great, fun & lively Children's Church experience during Bible League.

They will worship their creator in songs, prayer and creative arts. They will read and learn about the Word of God and how to apply it to their daily lives. The kids will also be encouraged to build healthy connections within a community of Christians. And we will provide opportunities for our kids to be involved in outreach and put their faith into practice.

When?

Every Sunday, 9:30 & 11:15 a.m.

Where?

YMCA, ( 3/F and 4/F) North Tower, 41 Salisbury Road, T.S.T., Kowloon

Team Noah, for children ages 0-2, will gather on the 4th floor, in room 403 & 404. Loving and caring volunteers and staff are available each Sunday to comfort, love and play with the children. Toddlers are led in worship and are nurtured in God's Word.
We are using the ‘Faith Weaver' curriculum, which is user friendly, has the learner-based approach to teaching and colorful handouts that encourage learning at home.

Parents are welcome to join this team with your babies/ toddlers.

Team Miriam & Team Esther, for children ages 3-5, will gather for Kid's Worship on the 3rd floor, in room 309. The kids are guided in their own expression of love and thanks to God, their Father, through music, games, crafts, Bible points and prayer.

We are using the 'In the beginning -- jumping into God's story' curriculum this year. The children will be encouraged to grow into a Life of Faith. This curriculum is designed to reach kids and direct them towards becoming fully-devoted followers of Christ. The preschool ages are a time when children learn who Jesus is and begin to experience His love.

team_joshuaTeam Daniel, team Joshua and Team Paul, for Children ages 6-10, will gather for Kid's Worship on the 4th floor, in room 402. The kids will express their worship to God in music, through prayer times in small groups, drama or puppet plays, exciting Bible explorations & Scripture memorization, as well as through games and crafts. After that the kids will be in the following rooms.

Team Daniel, age 6, in Room 406
Team Joshua, ages 7-8, in Room 401 & 402
Team Paul, ages 9-10, in Room 405

We are using a new curriculum starting in September 2008, which is called ' 252 Basics'. It built around three Basic Truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52.

I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

This curriculum includes 150 Bible stories and is based on a Core Virtue and Memory Verse as the framework for each month.

The kids participate in local evangelistic events to share the Gospel, e.g. Christmas Carolling, Shoe-Box Christmas Gifts to the poor, ...

Family Services
The kids & the parents will have a combined Sunday morning worship service, which is being planned by the children themselves.

Regular events are being arranged to connect people with each other: e.g. Outings, Olympics for families, Father-son day out, Mother-daughter day out, MC sleepover...

Your Involvment
Though the Children's Ministry is critical to the spiritual growth of our children, we understand that parents are their primary Christian educators. Therefore we encourage you to make use of the handouts that are given out each Sunday to the children to follow up on the key message taught that Sunday.

Get Connected and Get Involved!!
Though the children's Ministry is critical to the spiritual growth of our children, we understand that parents are their primary Christian educators. Therefore we encourage you to get connected and get involved in Children's Ministry.
