WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER?

Before one joins any church one must be first joined  to Christ by faith and repentance in what the Lord has done for them through his life, death and resurrection.  ECC welcomes  into membership anyone who is a member of the body of Christ through his grace; and although we understand that the Lord welcomes children, as we do, for purposes of membership they must be 16-years of age and able to profess Christ through their life and words and accept ECC's Statement of Faith.  We believe that Paul summarizes this best:

"You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one one in Christ Jesus."

HOW to APPLY FOR CHURCH MEMBERSHIP?

Our membership application process follows these guidelines:

1. Become a part of a Membership Class.
2. Fill out a Membership Application form.
3. Interview with a church elder or pastoral staff.
4. Following the successful review of your application, you will be recommended for membership to the Board of Elders.
